Refund policy

At Mental Fortitude, we are committed to complying with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). In the extremely unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds, returns, and exchanges under the following conditions:

Consumer Guarantees

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if the goods you receive are:

  • Faulty
  • Significantly different from the description or what was shown to you
  • Unfit for purpose (the item doesn't do what it is supposed to do)
  • Unsafe

Please note that we are not required to provide a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind. However, we do offer the following return and refund options:

Change of Mind Returns

  • Eligibility: You may return an item within 30 days of receipt if it is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Process: To initiate a return for change of mind, please contact us at hello@mentalfortitude.com.au with your order details. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the outcome.
  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from the description, please contact us at hello@mentalfortitude.com.au within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • We will arrange a return at our cost, and you may choose between a refund, repair, or replacement.

Exclusions

  • Gift Cards, personalised items, and items marked as final sale are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will not be issued for normal wear and tear or misuse of the product.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at hello@mentalfortitude.com.au to start the return process.
  2. If approved, we will provide return instructions or a return label (for faulty items).
  3. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your return and will be issued to your original method of payment.
